Our company was founded in 2007 as a product brand. Over the time we expanded the scope of our activities. Through new product development, exhibitions and consulting projects, we look for various ways to improve quality of life, streamline processes and educate through design. Our mission is to act in a responsible way towards the environment.

read moreMonika Brauntsch – founder of the KAFTI brand, presented at many exhibitions and awarded in the Śląska Rzecz and Must Have competitions. The winner of the Polish edition of the Young Creative Entrepreneur by British Council (2011) competition, awarding the most dynamic companies from the creative sectors.
Co-creator of social projects “Peconheiros” and “myhand”. The founder of the The Spirit of Poland (TSOP) foundation, which has carried out over a dozen exhibitions and presentations of design as part of design festivals, fairs, and museum exhibitions around the world.
She also conducts consulting activities as a Design Manager within the framework of design programs and audits aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Polish entrepreneurs through design.
A graduate of post-graduate studies in Design Management – Innovation Management (SWPS, 2012) and Human Resource Management (SGH, 2004), MA studies in Therapeutic Pedagogy (UP 1998), student of the History of Modern Art (ISPAN, 2021).
She has conducted many workshops and lectures for cultural and educational institutions, including Gdynia Design Days, Łódź Design Festival and Zamek Cieszyn, as well as as part of the Foundation’s workshops at universities around the world. She collaborates with Design Alive magazine. In 2018-2019, as part of the Granty na Design program, she worked as a Design Manager with the Association of Industrial Design of Warmia and Mazury. In the years 2003-2007, she worked as an Operational Manager at Kroll, creating one of the first outsourcing centers in Poland.
We treat design as a tool that can positively influence the environment around us. When creating new projects, we try to look for areas in which we can improve quality of life, equality and accessibility. We carry out our projects with respect for the natural environment, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

We started our activity as a product brand. KAFTI lamps are simple products for self-assembly. It is the client himself who performs the transformation, creating a 3D solid from flat elements. We create products based on recyclable materials, using environmentally friendly technologies. We respect the entire product life cycle.
Exhibitions, awards, distinctions
read moreSince 2010, we have been involved in exhibition and educational activities related to the promotion of Polish design and culture. We have had the opportunity to co-create museum exhibitions as well as presentations at design festivals, in galleries and trade fairs around the world.
We cooperate with The Spirit of Poland Foundation. We also carry out projects commissioned by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and Gdynia Design Days festival.

In July 2011, we won the Polish edition of the Young Creative Entrepreneur competition, organized by the British Council and rewarding the most interesting business models of companies from the creative sector.
In the area of design management and strategic consulting, we have cooperated, among others, with the Association of Industrial Design of Warmia and Mazury. As part of design audits and consulting activities, we have worked for clients from various sectors, including the furniture industry.
